Post concert release 16 Tons, June 20
Last week “Project TBA” (the young music collective fronted by American co-host of the evening KMAJ show on Radio Maximum, singer, songwriter, and actor Adam James Muskin), held their first big concert on the stage the legendary Moscow club 16 Tons.
The event was held in conjunction with the recent release of the group’s new EP “Based On, If Any” (the band’s second studio recording), as well as frontman Adam James’ birthday.
Adam James:
“I’d like to express my deepest thanks to everyone who came out to see us, to the venue for their hospitality, and all the media outlets that supported our debut in this absolutely fantastic club. In a relatively short period of time, three weeks, we were able to put together a great show for everyone at a relatively high level for us. I’m still lost in the emotions of the evening, and sometimes I get the feeling that I’m still there, on that stage, together with all of you.
And when I look at video or photos of that night, I am instantly transported back there in a blast of energy, feeling the urge to grab my guitar and do it all over again. For us, I think we can honestly say it was the best show we’ve ever played. There was a perfect synthesis of elements that night; the right energy, the right atmosphere, the right club, and the right people in the house. All of those things put together gave us an unforgettable evening. And we, of course, hope that this is just the next step for us, and that there will be more evenings like that one in our future. We’re taking a well-deserved break now, to work on new material and new music, so that we can see you all again soon, and have another evening of celebration and joy in the music together!”
На минувшей неделе в легендарном московском клубе 16 тонн состоялся первый большой сольный концерт молодого коллектива Project TBA, который возглавляет американский соведущий вечернего шоу на радио Maximum, певец и актёр Адам Джеймс.
Мероприятие было приурочено как к недавнему релизу EP "Based On, If Any”, второй студийной работе Project TBA, а также и к дню рождения фронтмена коллектива.
Адам Джеймс:
«Хочется сказать огромное спасибо и тем, кто присоединился к нам в этот вечер, и площадке, гостеприимно нас принявшей в своих стенах, и всем изданиям, поддержавшим наш дебют на большой площадке. За относительно короткий срок – всего за три недели - нам удалось собрать отличный концерт очень высокого для нас уровня. Я до сих пор под впечатлением от вечера и иногда возникает ощущение, что я все еще там, на сцене, вместе со всеми.
И пересматривая видео и фото с концерта, мгновенно ощущаешь этот взрыв энергии и хочется снова взять в руки гитару и пережить этот вечер снова. На данный момент, это без преувеличения наш самый мощное выступление. Спасибо за это синтезу правильных вещей – правильной энергии, правильной атмосферы, правильному заведению и людей в зале. Все это в сочетании подарило нам незабываемый вечер. И мы, конечно же, надеемся, что это переход на новый для нас этап, новый уровень и что таких концертов будет больше. С радостью беру небольшой отпуск, чтобы приступить к созданию нового материала, чтобы снова со всеми увидеться и снова радоваться в музыке!»
The group is currently working on visualizations of songs from it’s latest EP, and of course, new concerts!
